Step into the future of orthopedic surgery excellence with the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons’ 82nd Annual Scientific Conference.
At ACFAS, innovation is at the forefront, promising a revolution in the field of foot and ankle surgery.
It’s time to join expert faculty, colleagues, and friends for a meaningful exchange of ideas.
The conference is scheduled from February 01 to 04, 2024, at the Tampa Convention Center in Florida, USA. It’s going to serve as the perfect platform for medical professionals to explore the latest advancements and engage in hands-on experiences.
We, at GerMedUSA, are excited to be a part of this extensive conference and showcase our specially designed Foot and Ankle Surgical Instruments along with other orthopedic and general surgery tools.
Join us at Booth No. 905 and find something exceptional to improve your Foot and Ankle surgical kit.
Excitement is brewing at ACFAS' 82nd Annual Scientific Conference, and the perks extend beyond the promise of our cutting-edge surgical instruments.
For foot and ankle surgeons, the educational journey begins on January 31, offering a chance to earn up to 34 CECH.
They will have the opportunity to:

At the ACFAS conference, we will showcase an extensive selection of foot and ankle tools. Here are a few of our German stainless instruments you can find at our exhibition booth.
The Ludloff/Mau Osteotomy Fixation Clamp is specially designed to assist surgeons in stabilizing osteotomies (bone cuts) during foot and ankle surgery. It is helpful in bunion correction surgeries, osteoarticular reconstructions, and fracture repairs. The sturdy design of the clamp ensures secure bone fixation. The ratchet mechanism helps keep the instrument in place during prolonged procedures. In addition, it is easy to handle during the procedure.
This German-forged compressor is designed to apply controlled pressure to small joints in the foot and ankle, such as the tarsometatarsal or interphalangeal joints. It is helpful in joint reductions, cartilage repairs, and arthrodesis procedures. The smooth, rounded pads distribute pressure evenly across the joint surface. We offer this joint compressor with both single and double-hole designs in 4.5″ and 4.62″ sizes to fit various joint sizes.
This clamp is specifically designed to assist foot and ankle surgeons in distal bicep tendon repairs using cortical buttons. The gaps on both blades of the clamp ensure that the buttons are secured efficiently. The locking mechanism maintains the pressure throughout the repair process. In addition, the finger ring handle ensures comfortable and controlled application. Moreover, German stainless makes the instrument sterilizable for reuse.
We have explicitly designed these forceps for grasping and manipulating bones and soft tissues during foot and ankle surgery, particularly in procedures involving the toes and phalanges. The broad serrated jaws with toothed, angled tips ensure a secure grip without crushing the tissue. In addition, these German-forged forceps are easy to handle and enhance control during the procedure.
We have ideally manufactured our Forearm Swivel Blade Retractor to maximize exposure during forearm and wrist surgeries, particularly for fractures. The swiveling blades with 5x5 prongs rotate to conform to anatomical curvatures and reduce stress on soft tissues. Moreover, the finger ring ratchet handle provides the surgeon with comfort and control during prolonged procedures. We also offer this product in Forearm Swivel Blade Retractor Set 5.12″.
The T-Handle Retractors are specially designed for retracting soft tissues and providing broad exposure during foot and ankle surgery. The T-handle design provides excellent grip and leverage for precise retraction control. In addition, the angled working end enhances visibility and access to deeper anatomical areas. We offer these retractors with both blunt and sharp rake options to accommodate different tissue types and anatomical variations.
Our Arthrodesis Retractor provides optimal exposure during arthrodesis procedures in foot and ankle joints. The U-shaped working end with fenestrated design ensures retracting soft tissues while protecting surrounding nerves and vessels. We offer this German stainless retractor in multiple sizes for metatarsal, phalangeal, and general arthrodesis needs. For surgeons’ convenience, it’s also available in a set of two.
Our Metatarsal Clamp is designed to assist in stabilizing fractures or osteotomies of the metatarsal bones. It is available in small, medium, and large sizes to accommodate different anatomical variations. The one solid, broad, and other square design working end ensures a secure grip on the fractures. In addition, the adjustable ratchet mechanism allows for fine-tuning of the fixation. The multiple variations accommodate surgeons' requirements during different procedures.

The 14.5cm disarticulator is specially designed to disarticulate bones, particularly in foot and ankle procedures. The V-shaped, slightly raised blade can be used in a variety of foot and ankle surgeries, including bunionectomy, hammertoe repairs, and ankle fusions. Its fenestrated design makes it lightweight and easy to handle. Moreover, it’s crafted from medical-grade German stainless for added durability.
This is a special clamp for efficiently grasping and holding bone fragments during various surgical procedures, particularly in foot and ankle surgeries. The integrated measuring caliper of the clamp allows for accurate measurement of bone fragments for reduction and fixation purposes. The 6-inch length provides a good balance between handling and reach. We have manufactured this clamp from German stainless for durability and corrosion resistance.
We have explicitly designed Meniscectomy Knife Right 65mm, 6 ¾″ to assist surgeons in removing or trimming menisci, the C-shaped fibrocartilage pads in the knee joint. The 6 ¾″ size of the instrument makes it ideal for cutting menisci efficiently. The T-shaped handle with a tetragonal shank provides enhanced control during the procedure. We also offer Meniscectomy Knife 65mm, 6 ¾″ in straight design.
The German stainless Mini Hohman blade is ideal for elevating and retracting soft tissues during foot and ankle surgeries. It features a broad, blunt blade with a narrow tip to ensure the retraction procedure is more efficient. The 5mm blade width is ideal for delicate procedures. In addition, the Mini Hohman Broad Blade can be sterilized easily for reuse.
The Lewin Bone Forceps are our specially designed instruments for grasping and manipulating bone fragments during various surgical procedures, such as orthopedics and trauma surgery. It’s also helpful to hold bone fragments in place for reduction and fixation and retract soft tissues to expose the bone.
The 7-inch length of the forceps provides good reach and leverage for the surgeon. Moreover, their slightly curved jaws conform to the natural curvature of bone, improving grip and preventing slippage. Plus, the serrated jaws enhance grip and prevent tissue tearing. German stainless makes these forceps sterilizable for reuse.
The above given are just a few of the instruments we will showcase. You can visit our exhibition booth and explore many more foot and ankle instruments in multiple designs and size variations.
